Role of the Board

The role of the WJ Healthcare Board is to provide strategic oversight of the delivery of services and to maintain assurance that the organisation is meeting its obligations. The Board must ensure that WJ Healthcare makes the best use of its resources to deliver high-quality, person-centred care, and to strengthen both its independent sector services and its insourcing partnerships with the NHS. The full breadth of the organisation’s ambition and strategic vision is set out within the WJ Healthcare Strategic Plan.
